The 2021 Papillon fills the glass with an unmistakable dark crimson, a flash of neon purple and a ruby rim. Tears move glacially and the wine opens with aromatics of boysenberry jam, violets, chocolate covered blueberry and hints of Cara Cara rind, graphite and brioche.
A fresh white wine with light-medium body and wonderful citrus and pear flavors. This wine is a sterile, off-dry wine with no resemblance to any Chablis I have ever tasted. This 5 liter box possesses the statement "made with natural flavors," but I am unsure of what that signifies.
Cherry red colour with purple shade. Pleasant nose with dominant wood's smells (vanilla, liquorice, roasted coffee, eucalyptus, coconut butter) on a background with cherry, blackberry plus spicy notes pepper and clove. Elegant in mouth, to finish on good alcohol content still loaded of intense aromas from wood barrels.
The wine is characterized with ruby color with violet nuances, rich aroma of ripe forest fruits and cheery.
A crisp, refreshing, and full-flavored wine with aromas of tropical fruit, peach, pear, and lemon zest.
A Wine Cocktail, slightly effervescent, with a more complex influence of brown spirits for a little heat and sweet. A good sipping drink with just enough bite, rich dark fruit notes balanced with hints of caramelized oranges and a dash of heat. 17% ABV
This full-bodied wine smells like black currants and blackberries, tastes ripe, and is lightly tannic to give it a little grip. Bring on the beef or pork tenderloin.
A refreshing Fruity Red Sangria with flavors of citrus fruit and just the right amount of sweetness. Pair it with BBQ, citrus and glamping. Serve chilled.
