The 2019 Chemist is a blend of GSM, Petite Sirah and our newest member, Teroldego. The Chemist has a deep, inky purple color and aromas of berry cobbler, blackberry and tobacco.
With an intense ruby-red color, the wine has profound aromas of red and black fruits. On the palate, the wine's dense structure is balanced and elegant, with a silky presence, relatively low alcohol, and noble tannins.
The Opus One 2018 offers profuse aromas of blackberry, cassis, and black cherry. Elegant notes of violets, white pepper, and rose petals follow and together they deliver a very seductive bouquet. The seamlessly layered flavors build to a crescendo of fresh and juicy black-fruit, accented with hints of orange zest, licorice, and dark chocolate.
The characteristics of french – clay type soil are particularly suitable for these two red varietals Very inviting and pleasant aromas with hints of black cherry and small red fruit complemented by typical notes of tobacco licorice and black pepper.

The 2015 Firebelle is their Merlot-dominated cuvée. Coming from the sandy soils called Bale Loam it’s a blend of 71% Merlot 21% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Petit Verdot. This is a more tightly knit wine with loads of lack fruits mocha and coffee bean some licorice and tar.
Parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel form the backbone of this wine. Petite Sirah and Merlot were then meticulously selected to add complexity to this intense blend.
Lion Head Golden Lion Whisky is a premium blended Scotch, renowned for its exceptional quality and refined taste. Encased in a striking golden bottle shaped like a lion, it features a harmonious blend of rich malts and smooth grains with hints of honey and spice.
Garnet red. On the nose there are scents of cherries, wild strawberries, caramel. Fresh and well balanced, good length on the palate. The grapes are handpicked, sorted and transported to the winery in small containers to avoid crushing berries and premature oxidation. They are completely de-stemmed and put into vats open stainless steel, the temperatures being controlled by thermoregulation.
