Made with 100% blue agave grown in the rich volcanic soil provided by Volcán de Tequila, sourced from two distinct regions of Jalisco, the Lowlands and the Highlands, each imparting a unique flavor profile in the finished product. Hand-trimmed agave plants, or piñas, are cooked via two distinct methods which allow us to control the flavor, for a superior Tequila.
Clean. Pale yellow with golden tones, Shiny. Clean with medium strength in the nose. Very fine and fruity. Well balanced in the mouth. Tasteful, with proper sweetness, very mild and fresh. Excellent with persistent loosenig of bubbles.
Made from 100% light brown sugar and crafted in small batches on our pair of copper stills.
The Cognac region consists of six vineyard growth areas, called 'Crus'. The grapes used for Cognac must always come from this French region. The area covers the Char- ente-Maritime, a large part of the Charente and some smaller parts of deux-Sevres and the famous Dordogne.
Sweet, with a delightful smoky finish that pleasantly lingers on aging 1-3 years in used American whiskey barrels. The palate is full bodied, slightly spicy with a creamy finish.
Zarza Silver Tequila is presented in a gorgeous clear bottle with an easy to open screw cap. The lack of barrel aging means that you get the purest expression of the tequila: smooth, clear, and crisp. This tequila is perfect for margaritas!
On the palate, a rich and decadent tequila with flavors of butterscotch and toasted marshmallow. Zarza Reposado tequila is sweet and warm with a pleasingly long finish.
This fine aged brandy is produced from the unique wines of Israel. It is distilled to concentrate its flavor, then aged for three years in the finest oak casks where the brandy develops its golden amber color. Ashkelon brandy is smooth and mellow with subtle dried fruit aromas and a lingering finish.
Palavani Winery and Vineyards located in the heart of the historic wine region Kakheti, Eastern Georgia. The wine is medium body with hints of black cherries, plums and cocoa.
On the nose, soft grain appears alongside a unique minerality provided by the limestone-ltered water from our artesian well. Clean‚ avors of slate appear on the palate alongside honeysuckle and fresh citrus before quickly giving way to a refreshing, mild nish.
Gold color. Bright, fresh, spicy aromas and flavors of raisin-peach compote, apple bread pudding, chocolate, and sandalwood with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-long praline, baking spices, and cola finish.
