Alc. 42% by Vol.
This brandy has a velvety and surprisingly tender taste. This silkiness is set off by a woody-vanilla aftertaste. The aroma reveals itself in honey-like mellowness of candied and dried fruit.
Gold color. Bright, fresh, spicy aromas and flavors of raisin-peach compote, apple bread pudding, chocolate, and sandalwood with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-long praline, baking spices, and cola finish.
This unique bottling is a blend of Cognacs coming from ten demijohns dated from 1853-1906. So all of the Cognacs in the blend are well over 100 years old and almost all of the blend comes from the 19th century (making it considerably older than the most famous, big brand prestige cuvées like Louis XIII or Richard Hennessy). In fact, the Extreme looks like a downright bargain when compared to such wines (in both quality and price terms).
Louis Royer VS is undoubtedly round and floral. Its good balance is achieved thanks to the old eaux-de-vie contained in the blend and which have been elaborated in accordance with our elders' techniques. Its elegance and lingering taste places it most certainly as one of the most outstanding cognacs in its category.
A fruity VS Cognac from Camus that has been finished in ex-Port casks, creating layers of plums, raisin, peach and raspberry throughout the palate.
Louis Royer VS is undoubtedly round and floral. Its originality comes essentially from our aging and blending methods which have been jealously kept secret and meticulously followed for several generations.
