Martingale Cognac originates from the esteemed Cognac region in France, renowned for producing world-class brandies. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this exquisite spirit offers a sensory journey like no other. With a rich golden hue, it beckons with a complex bouquet of dried fruits, oak, and subtle floral notes, tantalizing the senses from the first pour.
Vintage 1983 Fins Bois. Old gold dress, slightly amber highlights. Rich and balanced nose, pleasant overall, with a rather "classic" side. After a few minutes, aromas of white flowers, hawthorn and liquorice take over. The mouth is smooth and supple, slight notes of nutmeg and "Christmas Pudding", of wreckage recovered on the beach. Fresh finish despite the thickness of the aromas.
The Deau XO is a blend of cognacs sourced mostly from Petite Champagne and Fins Bois and aged in small Limousin oak wood barrels for 10 to 15 years. Deep amber color and mahogany nuances. Floral (jasmine, violet) and fruit aromas (dry plum, cinnamon).
Deep amber color. Aromas of raisin cake, salted caramel and butter praline with a silky and relatively dry medium to full flavor and with fresh chocolate almonds and a finish with cherries and spices. Very charming.
