Vinified from fully ripe grapes, Tourelle de Terre Bonne reveals an opulent bouquet of blackberry, cherry and blackcurrant confiture on the nose, underpinned by sensual vanilla and gentle rum notes.

Family winery since 1848 in Jerusalem. The CAPITAL label represents quality and elegance. The wine was made from the finest vineyards in the Judean HIls. It was aged in small French oak barrels for 10 months.
This elegant wine demonstrates beautiful aromas of rich blueberry, black currant, raisin and fruitcake notes. The full-bodied wine displays deep forest fruits, subtle mocha, chocolate and licorice notes complemented by sweet oak flavors captured by silky tannins.

This wine has a unique profile due to the seasoned rum barrels used in the aging process. The portion aged in rum barrels imparts aromas of baking spice, nutmeg and toasted marshmallow. The balance of the wine, aged on French and American oak, offers red fruits and boysenberry jam with notes of vanilla. The structure is savory with velvety tannins and a lingering finish.
A complex wine, rich in the aromas of black berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is balanced and round with flavors of vanilla and anise and a long and round finish thanks to 28 months of aging in French oak barrels.
