The 2017 The Flight is all about sensuality and nuance, both of which it has in spades. Precise and aromatically expressive with striking finesse, the 2017 is also a rare Flight that is going to drink well right out of the gate.

Grivot's 2014 Nuits St Georges 1er Cru les Roncières has a clean, quite pure bouquet with cranberry, bergamot and wild hedgerow aromas, developing rose petal/pressed flower scents with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, a fine line of acidity, fleshy and rounded with a caressing, poised finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
Perfect Expression. This tequila begins with the purity of their Blanco, which is rested for one month in French White Oak Napa Cabernet barrels. It is rested just long enough for the wine barrels to enrich the natural agave flavor but maintain the elegant floral notes.
