Produced from Saperavi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. Deep cherry red color, with black prune, blackberry, cherry and vanilla tones. The aftertaste is long and spicy with touch of oak, supported by silky tannins. Perfect pair to grilled beef, game and old cheese. Recommended serving temperature 66-68 degrees F.

Molinari Sambuca Caffe is made with the same wheat-base grain alcohol and sugar with an infusion of star anise as their classic sambuca. The Caffe is then flavored with "various types of coffee" and unnamed "other ingredients."
