Revelador Tepeztate is produced by legendary maestro mezcalero Gregorio “Don Goyo” Martinez Garcia and his son Rodrigo Martínez Méndez. Their mezcal is renowned throughout Mexico and abroad.
This ensamble is a blend of Espadin and Tobalá. Tobalá is known as king of the agaves because of its uniqueness. The agave itself is very different from most other varietals.
Alba refers to Quercus Alba, the type of American White Oak that are used to mature A’Bunadh Alba. Coincidently, Alba is also the Scots Gaelic name for Scotland. The English name refers to the light colour of the bark of some species. American Oak trees grow much faster than most European Oak species and can live for hundreds of years.

The 2020 Great Sage is crafted from small lots of Cabernet Sauvignon from mountain and hillside vineyards in Northern Napa Valley. Whole berry fermented, cave-aged in 100% French Oak for two years, this wine is bottled unfiltered to retain its natural character.
Aged five to twelve years. Ninety percent of maturation takes place in ex-Bourdeax casks, with the remaining 10% maturing in ex-port, ex-sherry, and ex-banyuls casks. This expression highlights more baked apple and spice notes than the typical Calvados.
American single malt whiskeys, however, are less regulated, allowing more room for experimentation. With a specialty mash bill of Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, pale chocolate malt, brown malt, and peated malt, their specialty Garryana-aged single malt is fermented with Belgian Brewer’s Yeast for a total of 144 hours, and aged partially in a distinct oak.
Made from an extreme selection of Montepulciano, Cesanese and Syrah, our Roma Doc is a wine with bright, deep and intense color, dark olfactory sensations, and an aromatic strength of the wine varietals that make up the blend. It also features a limited edition, refined for a long time in barriques.
Magnificent Hors d'Age brandy made exclusively with Eaux-du-Vies from the Grand Champagne growing areas, and aged 30 years. Rich, yet elegantly structured, with powerful aromas and flavors of fresh fruit distilled very slowly for extra smoothness and vibrant fruitiness and designed to offer brandy drinkers an accessible premium quality product.
This wine immediately shows the talents of the winemakers. Floral tones, slightly citrus also in the scent. The taste has a nice acidity, is also very precise. Long and impressive aftertaste. Serve with seafood, grilled fish dishes, veal and cheeses such as Comté and Beaufort.
