For over 35 years, the Herzog and Watts families have worked together to grow spectacular Zinfandel in the Mokelumne River region of Lodi. This Zinfandel is crafted from vines up to 80 years old, capturing intense flavors and rich texture. The wine is balanced and not overly sweet, a style modeled after some of the most historic Late Harvest wines of France.
Inspired by Three Finger Jack's daring character, this red bursts with unabashed fruit and a structure to be reckoned with. Polished tannins and saturated flavors of black plums and cherries spiced with coffee and black pepper let you know that this is not your ordinary Cabernet.
This wine opens generously with layered aromas of black cherry, plum and currant, roasted coffee, unsweetened cacao, crushed violets, vanilla and nutmeg. Driven by energetic acidity, the palate is tied together by firm tannins, also integrating a glycerin-like, rounded body from the alcohol.
Vetus means forbidden in Latin. The vines are located at an altitude of 810 to 930 m, in the northernmost area of Rueda (Segoría); here the harvest is about 3 weeks later than elsewhere in the DO.
Twenty Grand Vodka is made exclusively of soft winter wheat, carefully harvested at peak times to ensure the most impeccable standards. The wheat is cleaned, fermented and distilled five times in a column still, creating a pure, high-proof spirit.
Semi-Sweet Sauvignon Blanc!! In the nose, citric notes and little Muscat notes. The palate is very fresh, sweet and with good acidity. Very good as an aperitif, accompanies very well with salads and seafood.
