Although the whites are the most consumed sparkling wines, the rosados are attracting attention of wine connoisseurs, due to their greater intensity in the palate, besides more body, acidity and tannins little more present, compared to the "white brothers". The taste of red berries is also more accentuated, so that it becomes less citric and therefore a little less refreshing than whites.

Scintillating, rather pale tea-rose pink. The nose opens on aromas of red fruit such as redcurrant and wild strawberry, followed with airing by raspberry and a hint of pink grapefruit. A fruit-forward attack on redcurrant and raspberry leads into a nicely balanced mid-palate lifted by fresh citrus flavors, especially grapefruit, while the finish reveals more floral notes reminiscent of lily-of-the-valley and violet.
Forever Young Rosé is an elegant wine that comes from Côtes de Provence, France. It has hints of citrus zest with a fresh flavor of clementines and is balanced. For the production process, the grapes are de-stemmed and then left for maceration. It is then put in a stainless steel container for fermentation at a controlled temperature, in which the whole process is very carefully checked and then matured in oak barrels. Forever Young Rosé pairs well with salads, risottos, chicken and seafood dishes.
Whispering Angel is a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Morvedre grapes. This has become one of the “must have” Roses from Provence, and the beautifully shaped bottle has made it a customer favorite! A vibrant, expressive rosé that combines zestful aromas with an intense freshness allowing the fruit to fully embody the wine. The grapes are harvested by hand. De-stemming and crushing are followed by cooling and inert gas injection. Free-run juices are selected. Alcoholic fermentation at 14°C.
The Psagot Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700 meters. The wine is a nice looking, very salmon colored, almost fading to a touch of brick color. The aromas are very calm with some hints of grapefruit, lemon zest.
