Pale coral pink color. Aromas of ripe grapefruit. Lively and sweet on the palate with a long and pronounced finish of citrus fruits. Well-balanced. Great with pretzels, toasted crackers and ricotta and charcuterie.
Light straw yellow color with green hints. Aromas of ripe, juicy stone fruit. Pleasantly sweet and lively flavors of ripe luscious peach and honey. Remarkable white Peach fruit finish, particularly persistent and pronounced for a complex, refined taste.
Cremant might be Burgundy's greatest value category. This has so much in common with Champagne: a grape (Chardonnay), a soil-type (limestone), and the way in which it's made (methode Champenoise). The big difference? Price. You'd have to spend at least 50% more to get this kind of quality in Champagne.
The Psagot Blanc de Blancs was produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine went through secondary fermentation in bottle and aged on its lees for 6 years before release.

This Crémant de Loire Brut has a golden yellow color, with fine, long-lasting foam. The aromatics open with notes of citrus fruits, particularly orange and mandarin, accompanied by floral aromas. A second aromatic wave offers sweet pastry notes. A very fine balance is revealed in the mouth, reflecting an excellent maturity. Sustained length in the mouth, with notes of peach and apricot.
