Introducing the Hardin's Creek Kentucky Series. These three limited releases were laid down with the same mash bill at the same time - the only difference being the campus at which each was aged. Palate: sweet oak, aged wood tones.
Just like the original Old Tub liquid, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has not been carbon or chill filtered - only quality screened to remove bits of barrel wood to showcase the true, rustic character of the whiskey - bourbon the way it was intended to be.
Crafted by the U.S. Army Green Berets who answered America's call days after 9/11. 2019 Gold Medal winners at the NYISC. Tasting notes of butterscotch, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, fruits, and a hint of sweet oak. Meant to be sipped neat or with ice.
Hardin's Creek Kentucky Series 'Boston' is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey column distilled and double distilled. It is the 3rd release of Hardin's Creek 'Kentucky Series'. Jim Beam Black is a premium bourbon that is, and always will be, extra-aged for taste and bottled only when it's just right. Jim Beam Black has a balanced, rich, and flavorful character with a deep mix of oak, cinnamon, and vanilla aromas. The result of the extra-aging is a full-bodied bourbon with an extra level of elegance and refinement that's meant to be sipped and savored. Enjoy Jim Beam Black neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail - either way, this refined whiskey pleases with every sip. And, of course, just like our original Jim Beam, it's best when shared with others.
At Woodford Reserve Distillery, located in the heart of Woodford County, Kentucky, we set out to craft the world's finest bourbon. Angel's Envy Cask Strength Rye 2023 is a remarkable blend of two rye whiskey batches - cone batch spending three years in sauternes dessert wine barrels. And the second being transferred into new toasted oak barrels after initial maturation. By marrying the two, we found that the spicy toasted oak and sweet wine characters from each rye balanced each other perfectly - resulting in our first cask-strength rye whiskey.
This award-winning bourbon is distinctly American in that it forges a path all its own. To create its singular flavor profile, we age it for 10 years in the hills of Tennessee and choose not to chill-filter as is popular with many bourbons. This gives us an even greater depth of flavor going into the bottle. Incredibly well balanced, it’s a standout bourbon for moments that are to be remembered.
The James B. Beam Distilling Co. introduces its newest brand, Hardin’s Creek. An ever-evolving series of releases that features some of our rarest and most unique whiskies, Hardin’s Creek will chart the rich experience and distilling knowledge of the James B. Beam Distilling Co. Hardin’s Creek is the birthplace of the Beam Family’s distilling legacy.
The name of this bourbon is attributed to one of an American famous gunsmith Henry Derringer. He designed The Philadelphia Deringer - a popular concealed carry percussion handgun of the era.
In 1997, when Jefferson’s was first starting out, we found a 15-year-old bourbon that we immediately knew was rich, complex and needed to be brought to market. It was in 2003 that we decided to bring in other bourbons to marry with the original Jefferson’s Reserve. Similar to Jefferson’s, we still use over 50% of that mash bill and add up to 3 more bourbons to create more flavor and complexities.
