Aroma: Fruity to the nose. Pineapple and apple notes with a touch of herbal and fresh aromas (citrus and cucumber seeds). Ending with a touch of ash and cloves notes.
This is a limited production of highly allocated Tequila Clase Azul Joven. It has a nose of hazelnut, caramel, wood, walnut, vanilla and dried raisins. The taste is a balance of oak, ginger, green olives, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and fig with a citrus end note.
Pale yellow with green tints. Rich and fresh Nose of citrus and white flowers aromas. Soft and round in the mouth, on the sweet side, the nice acidity gives almost a dry finish. Aromas of ripe white fruits, apricot and green apple.
On the nose, soft grain appears alongside a unique minerality provided by the limestone-ltered water from our artesian well. Clean‚ avors of slate appear on the palate alongside honeysuckle and fresh citrus before quickly giving way to a refreshing, mild nish.
