Tradition Brut is a very lively wine with fine bubbles that form a large string against a golden background. 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. A fruity nose and delicious, persistent barley sugar and brioche flavors.
Grapes from Finca El Monte old vines on hillside terrain. Ripe black fruit, blackberries and plums with spicy notes of premium oak on the nose. Full-bodied, warm and silky wine with great structure. Long and persistent aftertaste.
Created with a unique blend of very old cognacs resulting in a supremely rich product. Superb XO Cognac that displays fruit, nutmeg and spice on the nose and a palate with will take you from floral sweetness to savoury oak.
Intensity of color, rich black and brambly fruits, vanilla bean and roasting coffee aromatics are complemented by remarkable approachability in our Spellbound Petite Sirah. The wine is crafted to unleash dark and luscious characteristics, while managing tannins to deliver an opulent and juicy Petite Sirah.
After sorting in the vineyard and winery, the grapes are de-stemmed then directly put in tank. The spontaneous fermentation then starts. The grapes will stay in tank for roughly three weeks during fermentation. The wine is then put in oak barrels, by gravity, for 10 months (no new oak). No fining is performed.
Schloss Lieser SL Feinherb Estate Riesling has herbal and minerally aroma, really flinty on the nose. A slight oily — Riesling-like! – taste without any oily texture. Tastes less sweet than the Willi Haag Estate Riesling and showing a little more development. Long, clean, zesty finish.
Clean, clear and colorless. Holds aromas of agave, clean and fresh on the nose. The agave notes continue through the flavor, strong but not overpowering. Warm, smooth finish. Use in your favorite tequila cocktails.
Eye: Deep flamed amber.

Clean. Pale yellow with golden tones, Shiny. Clean with medium strength in the nose. Very fine and fruity. Well balanced in the mouth. Tasteful, with proper sweetness, very mild and fresh. Excellent with persistent loosenig of bubbles.
Delicate pale yellow color with faint green reflections. Fresh, clean and intense nose. White currant, fresh herbs and lime aromas are emphasized with fine notes of sweat and asparagus.
A very generous nose, with a very intense complexity. On the palate, the power and structure are there, while maintaining great finesse. A wine that will only improve over the coming years.
In this, our first release, 48% of the whiskies have been aged in ex-Sherry casks and 25% in ex-Spanish red wine casks. You will find a whisky that is full, soft and sumptuous on the palate with flavours of citrus peel and pears poached in red wine and spices.
Deeply saturated in color, the 2009 Aida Estate Cabernet opens with explosive aromas of ripe cherries, scorched earth, and fresh tobacco leaf. The fruit was picked at optimal ripeness translating to a palate that is lush, rich, concentrated, and layered with dark chocolate shavings, tar, and graphite.
