Tequila Ocho Extra Añejo Single Estate is a meticulously crafted, aged tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave. Aged for over three years, it boasts rich notes of caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, and oak, delivering a smooth and complex finish.
This Pinot Noir has a dark ruby red color and shows aromas of raspberries, black cherries, red currants and a soft vanilla finish. This wine will pair well with salmon, chicken or red sauce pasta.
Grown in Clarksburg, this Pinot Noir boasts intense aromas of red cherry and chocolate. Soft notes of ripe black cherry and strawberry jam on the palate. A kiss of oak brings out hints of sandalwood and cinnamon to a smooth and lasting finish.

Crafted in 6 ton fermentors, the cap management was primarily pump and pour overs combined with a few rack and returns. Spontaneously fermented by indigenous yeast, each fermentor reached temperatures between 87-90 degrees F.
