Purple hue and purple middle. Lovely fresh blueberry and red cherry aromatics with a little mocha and white pepper. The mouth is cola and darker fruits such as black plum and black cherry. Great ripe and supple tannins. Nice structure and a finish that is round and full.
A first, and last, this is the first 1987 The Singleton of Glen Ord vintage and the only one ever to be released, from the last casks that remain. Slow crafting and patience were key to this rare bottling, taking time to distil the liquid and see each cask reach its peak. The result is an elegant liquid with a fragrant nose and creamy-smooth texture. The sweetly satisfying taste holds deep fruity flavours with hints of ginger.
The 12th batch of The Glendronachs Cask Strength series the delicious Highland Scotch whisky, which has been matured in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bottled at a punchy 58.2% ABV. A few drops of water should open this up nicely, revealing all the rich fruit and nutty sherry goodness.

Brilliant ruby-red. Deep-pitched cherry and red berry preserve, cola and a hint of pungent flowers on the nose. Sweet, broad and fleshy on entry, offering raspberry and cherry preserve flavors that firm up on the back half.
Released in March 2022, this is one of four extended cask finished bourbons in the second batch of Barton 1792 Distillery's Thomas S. Moore line-up. Each of the four releases are made with the distillery's high-rye bourbon recipes which is aged 5-6 years.
Coq d'Or are pineaux in the true Hardy style, fine and subtle in aroma and offering perfect balance between freshness and roundness. Hardy Coq d'Or white boasts a golden colour with a vast array of tints. Its delicate bouquet is reminiscent of dried fruit, honey and lime tree. It is an intense, elegant, full pineau.
This is a blend of Grignolino, Pinot Noir and two ancient native grapes from this area that Fabrizio is helping to revive- a red grape called Slarina and a white called Baratuciat. This is on the lighter side of medium with racy red fruit and spice, perfect with a chill next to anything grilled.
Made of grapes picked at full maturity, this white wine has a clear, salmon pink hue. It has a savoury taste, with aromas of red, fresh fruits and a relatively high acidity that gives it freshness.
