It is made from grapes of the variety of Khikhvi. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is well combined with white meat, with Georgian cheese, seafood, salads, poultry meat and vegetables.
