The subtle influences of the whisky barrel create an intense, full-bodied wine with typical whiskey flavors of vanilla, spice, smoke, and high tannins. This wine pairs well with a gourmet dinner of roasted lamb or a Buffalo chicken pizza.

Grand Cru “rich and structured” with a dark and glistening robe. Concentrated nose with fragrances of dark fruits, spices, undergrowth and distinguished oak notes. This wine is very expressive with aromas of flowers and honey. The palate is fresh with great acidity, displaying clean tropical fruit flavors before the round, satisfying finish. Bottled after 6 months aging on lees in French oak barrels.
The premier cru La Fussière is located in the town of Dezize-Les-Maranges, the Pinot Noir vines are expressed on stony white soils resting on blue marls. Bruno Colin's vines were planted in 1986 and are cultivated using sustainable cultivation with soil work and plowing.
The name Colline aux Fossiles may seem fanciful, but there are actually old, weathered fossils mixed in this site’s gravelly soils. The Colline Aux Fossiles Chardonnay is picked when the flavors are rich and ripe but when there is still plenty of natural acidity remaining in the grapes.

With its twenty hectares in one single plot in Fronsac, Château La Vieille Cure is one of the benchmark producers in the right bank of Bordeaux. The soil found in this site is heavy on limestone, lending a remarkably fresh quality on the palate.
Medium-gold in color. Aromas of key lime, peach, and lemon pith. Medium-full bodied on the palate, with a refreshing acidic grip. Aged in barrel for 12 months before being racked to concrete and stainless steel for an additional 8 months of aging before bottling.
