Great concentration and a previously unseen quantity of tannins characterized the wines, which possessed extraordinary aromatic intensity, freshness and precision.
The nose offers refreshing notes of citrus with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is generous with toasty notes of nuts. Very lean and clean finish.
The 2015 is an intense and elegant expression, with a typical red fruit profile, together with complex layers of mushrooms, earth and spices. Precise and polished.
Very beautiful color, steady and deep. A first intense nose of soaked red berries reveals then some spicy notes of clove. The attack is very round. The mouth is ample, supported by very ripe tannins.

Tasted at the château, the 2005 Chateau d’Yquem delivers a similar performance as last year. Lucid in colour, the bouquet is detailed with very pure honey, vanilla and almond scents, still a little new oak to be fully assimilated but demonstrating superb focus.
This buttery Chardonnay was fermented at low temperature and matured on fine lees. An elegant nose confirmed by a well-balanced palate makes this wine a perfect accompaniment for fish in sauce. It is also very pleasant on its own if served slightly chilled.
A rare beast, a producer holding back their wines until they enter a prime window. Amazing. Hitting its straps and starting to take on a more tertiary slant, precisely what we want here.
A deliciously fresh and vibrant wine, characterized by natural Blood Orange flavors that are refreshingly crisp, lively and well balanced. Perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light salad and seafood dishes.
Bright, juicy and with good freshness, this pushes a mix of yellow apple, pineapple, and white peach to the fore, backed by a long elderflower honey note that holds the finish prettily.
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is produced on soils that provides aromas of citrus and crispy refreshing taste to the wine. Enjoy it at 45°F with mussels, scallops, shellfish or simply on its own.
