A vibrant, expressive rosé that combines zestful aromas with an intense freshness allowing the fruit to fully embody the wine. The grapes are harvested by hand. De-stemming and crushing are followed by cooling and inert gas injection. Free-run juices are selected. Alcoholic fermentation at 14°C.
An intense ruby color. A nose of black cherry, fresh plum and cranberry. A supple mouth, on black cherry, blackberry and spices, with a beautiful aromatic persistence. The mineral finish brings balance and freshness. The tannins are fine and silky.
Very deep purple ruby. Very intense and complex. It is difficult to identify which is more dominant of the mineral characters, the fruity notes or the floral notes. Very bold, mineral with a surprising freshness with fine and crisp tannins - apricot notes of Viognier.
Pale pink in color, fine fruity and slightly spicy in scent with nuances of small red fruit. The taste is round, full and fresh and ends aromatic with a mild and persistent finish.
Aromas of fresh violets and roses, ripe cherries, plums, clove, and a touch of bacon fat leap out of the glass and definitely raise eyebrows. On the palate, it’s sleek, silky, and complete.
Lots of rose blossom and peach skin in terms of aromas with pretty and subtle fruit on the nose. Full body, plenty of fruit and a lively finish. It's focused and vibrant.
Pure, bright aromas of red fruit greet you in the glass, with lovely raspberry flavors mingling with a spicy licorice note. Another fine offering from one of the Rhone Valley's finest producers.
Whispering Angel is a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Morvedre grapes. Eric Texier single-handedly rescued Brezeme, an obscure sub-region of the Northern Rhone where heritage Syrah is grown. This wine is his staple: 100% Syrah produced from middle-aged, south-facing vines. It's a great introduction to Texier's wines, but also just a great value in Northern Rhone loveliness.
