Grown on clay-limestone soils, on the heights of the Ardeche mountains. The aging on fine lees preserve all aromatic intensity of this grape varietal with intense citrus, grapefruit and floral aromas revealed by a nice balance between liveliness and freshness.
A combination of the sky and the ocean, La Maison Bleue is a perfect symbol of the terroir from which it comes. This cuvée has benefited from the warmth of the South-West sun to develop body and complexity, while at the same time enjoying an oceanic climate which gives it freshness and vivacity.
Smoky, flinty notes suggest some reduction at first but open nicely to reveal green-plum and yuzu aromas. Sourced from a single vineyard of 30-year-old, organically farmed vines, it's a fresh, cutting lime and lemon sip with a long, delightfully chalky finish.

Pirolette is distinct because the vineyards are near the top of the hill, where you have very little top soil and very good drainage.
Medium ruby in colour, this has a spicy nose which bursts with fruits of the forest. It displays impressive concentration and a firm, but relatively elegant, layered structure that is well wrapped in juicy, succulent red and black berry fruit.
