Force & Grace Chardonnay boasts an aromatic nose of crisp apples, ripe melon, and sweet citrus. The bright palate draws on flavors of lemon and Fuyu persimmon, with an edge of stony minerality. The St. Huberts The Stag Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep ruby, garnet, crimson color. Perfumed aromas on the nose offer inviting bramble berry notes of wild raspberry, dark cherry, and red currant, alongside baking spice notes of allspice, cedar, tobacco leaf and clove.
Brilliant ruby-red. Deep-pitched cherry and red berry preserve, cola and a hint of pungent flowers on the nose. Sweet, broad and fleshy on entry, offering raspberry and cherry preserve flavors that firm up on the back half.
Reddish-purple and very aromatic with notes of pomegranate, black cherry, and raspberry, mixed with hints of cassis, chocolate, and slight peppery spice on the nose. Lush, lively texture with lovely black cherry and pomegranate fruit, bright acidity to balance the sweet fruit flavors, black pep- per and clove spice, and a long, lively finish of black cherry, pomegranate, and hints of licorice and cocoa powder.

This is a bespoke rosé in that the Pinot Noir grapes were grown specifically with the intention of making a rosé wine. Pale pink with a copper hue, this wine has a classic "eye of the partridge" color.
