Force & Grace Chardonnay boasts an aromatic nose of crisp apples, ripe melon, and sweet citrus. The bright palate draws on flavors of lemon and Fuyu persimmon, with an edge of stony minerality. Oak aging adds complex notes of vanilla, brioche, toasted coconut, and hints of cinnamon, swathed in a wonderfully rich texture and complemented by fresh balancing acidity.

Our Fairbanks’s Ruby Port has hints of cinnamon, clove and dark chocolate on the nose, followed by intense, full bodied flavors of raspberry, cherry and plum with an acidic medium-long finish.
A relatively long and slightly cooler growing season led to beautiful well balanced Sauvignon Blanc fruit with a pleasing natural acidity. The 2023 opens with lemongrass, pomelo, and kiwi berry on the nose.
