A new California Cabernet Sauvignon, Bonanza is produced by Chuck Wagner, owner and winemaker of Caymus Vineyards. It reflects the “bonanza” of the great state of California – the discovery of land where delicious Cabernet can be farmed.
Aromas of cassis, black cherry and dark plum mingle with subtle hints of vanilla, anise, tobacco and a touch of clove. The palate is full, rich, and bursting with dark fruit. Lush, well-balanced tannins carry the wine through to an incredibly long and silky finish.
Tawny color. Nutty aroma and smooth caramel flavor. Perfect as a cocktail or an after dinner drink. The combination of quality, beautiful packaging, and affordability makes Taylor Desserts an appealing, affordable luxury that can be enjoyed every day.
Oak aging has enhanced the primary fruit profile with engaging aromas reminiscent of cloves, toast, and dark-roast coffee. This wine is designed with a sense of depth, framed by soft, silky tannins and balanced acidity for which Souverain has long been known.
Medium to full-bodied, the palate features loads of black fruit preserves, framed by chewy tannins and great freshness, finishing with a compelling herbal lift.
For more than eight generations. Almaden Vineyards has been committed to crafting wines worthy of distinction. Our vacuum sealed Wine Tap ensures that our wine will stay fresh for at least six weeks after opening, and is better for the environment Almaden Wine Taps require far less enemy to produce, ship and display than the six and two thirds heavy glass hordes that they replace, reducing the carbon footprint by over 60%.
Lucious, dark and thick wine. Serve with desserts, pastries and fruit, and after dinner. Kedem Port is another success from this historic New York State winery. Ideal for Kiddush, it is also a lovely aperitif or after-dinner drink.
Reminiscent of golden delicious apples, mango, ripe apricots, and hints of toast on the nose, this Chardonnay's mouthwatering acidity balances the slight creaminess that comes from its barrel aging and batonage.
A complex nose of blackberry, fresh boysenberry, and violet. On the palate, layered, fresh expressions of blackberry, boysenberry, and black cherry are balanced by fresh acidity and supported by a firm tannic structure. The finish reveals a hint of minerality underlying the deep, dark fruit.
Deep Blue is a blend of seven biodynamic or organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley; Cassin, Roshni, Johan, Momtazi, Nemarniki, Finnigan Hill and Claygate. The vineyards and barrels we selected were chosen for their deeper, blue and black fruit attributes, as well as their lush and silky textures.
This sweet and fruity wine is bursting with the essence of fresh Concord grapes. The crisp acidity balances the sweetness and up-front fruit aromas.
Johan Vineyard is an 85-acre, Demeter-certified biodynamic site in the Willamette Valley, south of McMinnville and west of Salem. This site is almost always our last Pinot pick of harvest. Although it's a relatively low-elevation site, due to its proximity to the coast and the winds that howl through the Van Duzer Corridor every summer afternoon, the fruit here tends to ripen later than in our other vineyards.
A fresh white wine with light-medium body and wonderful citrus and pear flavors. This wine is a sterile, off-dry wine with no resemblance to any Chablis I have ever tasted. This 5 liter box possesses the statement "made with natural flavors," but I am unsure of what that signifies.
