This wine shares similar tones and hues as the Maya, with vibrant fruit and spice aromas, and a dark black-purple color. In addition to the typical red and black fruit character, the wine is layered with notes of chocolate, freshly cut thyme, and smoke.
The nose is zippy with citrus aromas of lemon and tangerine, stone fruits and toasted oak. The medium-weight palate is marked by refined minerality and oak supporting a ripe palate of pear, lemon cream and fresh apple flavors.
