A complex nose of blackberry, fresh boysenberry, and violet. On the palate, layered, fresh expressions of blackberry, boysenberry, and black cherry are balanced by fresh acidity and supported by a firm tannic structure. The finish reveals a hint of minerality underlying the deep, dark fruit.
Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins – as approachable in youth as in maturity. Since its founding in 1972, Caymus has become renowned as a consistent leader in the production of Napa Valley Cabernet.
The fruit is drawn from both the Abbey Ridge and Clos Electrique vineyards, which are home to vines planted to a multitude of great Chardonnay clones and with an average vine age of 40-50 years old.
The 2021 The Flight is composed of 65% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 16% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple in color, it waltzes out with flamboyant notes of juicy black raspberries, ripe plums, and boysenberry preserves followed by hints of cinnamon toast, rosebud tea, garrigue, and iron ore.

The 2013 Cariad Proprietary Red Wine, a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 9% Petit Verdot, shows great intensity, with a slightly more burning ember and scorched earthiness to it, giving it a more Graves-like character compared to the purity of the Tychson Hill.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is very deep purple-black in color with a crushed plums, blackberries and black cherries nose with hints of dried herbs and smoked meats plus menthol and chocolate box notes. The full-bodied palate is rich, finely textured and fresh, with great purity and length.

This light, bright and food-friendly Pinot Noir complements a delicious appetizer of turkey, cranberry and goat cheese crostinis topped with thyme to elevate any dinner gathering.

The 2018 Reliquus Cabernet Sauvignon is generous and fleshy, with a delicious nose of red cherry, black plum, leather, roasted red pepper, pot pourri, and dried violets.
