Kedem wines are produced using carefully selected grapes grown in some of New York State’s finest vineyards. The wines are produced in Kedem’s own wine cellar by the eighth generation descendants of the winery’s founder.
This inviting, chocolaty wine is super-soft in mouthfeel at first, due to a full body and resolved tannins. But the tannins firm up on the finish to reveal a structure that can help it age well. Milk chocolate, blueberries and mint bring a lot of flavor.
The 2021 J. Lohr Estates Los Osos Merlot presents mature red colorwith a raspberry hue. Brambly fruit aromas of plum and pomegranate are integrated with a barrel signature of mocha and baking spice. Very pale gold in color, this classic Chardonnay is the ideal balance of Old World restraint with California sunshine. The aromas and flavors are delicate, with citrus, floral and mineral notes on a wine of fresh acidity and medium body.
The color is a deep scarlet-red with lush aromas of blackberry bramble, nutmeg, and hint of caramel. The wine is fresh andexuberant in the mouth with sumptuous strawberry jam, ripe black cherry, cranberry and warm gingerbread.
