One-hundred percent Cabernet Sauvignon from the Gandona Estate up on Pritchard Hill, aged for 20 months in 73% new French oak, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is very deep garnet-purple colored with an intense nose of crème de cassis, blueberry pie and chocolate-covered cherries with wafts of red roses, star anise, cloves, cigar box and tilled loam.
Elysium is used to either accompany or replace dessert. It is wonderful with blue cheeses, with desserts containing red fruits (such as Summer Pudding, an English favorite), with vanilla, with dark chocolate, with ice cream desserts, and candlelight.

This wine is brilliant pale yellow with a bright green hue. It exudes aromas of ripe lime, grapefruit, pear and white nectarine with a subtle hint of fresh-cut grass. The palate is fresh and enticing, as grapefruit, white nectarine and deep tropical notes intertwine making the mouth water.
Carlo Rossi Pink Moscato is a sweet pink wine that features flavors of peach layered with sweet aromas and tropical fruits. Subtle floral notes with a hint of red fruit and citrus give the wine a pleasing finish.
The "second wine" of Napa's exalted Covenant Winery, Covenant "Red C" Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and opulent, yet accessible.
