Kentucky- Aromas of caramel toffee, sweet char, creme brulee, cinnamon, vanilla, and apple. Bright first notes of rich caramel sweetness. Vanilla and toffee coat the front of the palate, linger, then blend with tingles of pepper, cinnamon, and a hint of ginger.
Warming and deliciously rich nose, the palates foundation is centered on vanilla and oak, with light brown sugar, caramel, and a fruit salad-like pop of sweetness that balances the oak.
This bourbon carries an aroma of rich fresh fruit, including plums, raspberries, and dark cherries followed by floral notes. It has a full and slightly soft taste, with long and lasting notes of fruit. The finish is long and savory with subtle tannins and toasted oak.
