A full-bodied aroma of sweet vanilla butter cream & lightly toasted oak, banana bread & a hint of berries. Baking spices & rye toast complement a medley of orchard fruits with sweet notes of orange marmalade with lingering dark chocolate on the finish.
On the nose this whisky presents intense aromas of yellow fruits and sweet spices. On the palate, it is well balanced, with notes of spicy vanilla and green tea. Enjoy neat, at room temperature. Perfect with a carpaccio of scallops, chocolate-based desserts and light cigars.

Flavor profile: Toffee, dark chocolate, winter spices, heather honey, aromatic peat smoke, slight saltiness. 2002 Vintage, aged for a minimum of 15 years in the cool northern climate of Orkney causing this whisky to age slowly and evenly, providing balanced maturation and depth of flavor.
