Previously known as Founder's Reserve, The Harvest blended Irish whiskey from The Irishman is made with a combination of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskey and matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Aromas of white pepper, green apples, pears, zesty spices and citrus fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe fruits, vanilla, butterscotch, toffee, cracked peppercorns, nutmeg and clove throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
Jim Beam Black is a premium bourbon that is, and always will be, extra-aged for taste and bottled only when it's just right. Jim Beam Black has a balanced, rich, and flavorful character with a deep mix of oak, cinnamon, and vanilla aromas. The result of the extra-aging is a full-bodied bourbon with an extra level of elegance and refinement that's meant to be sipped and savored. Enjoy Jim Beam Black neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail - either way, this refined whiskey pleases with every sip. And, of course, just like our original Jim Beam, it's best when shared with others.
The fourth volume in Laphroaig's Ian Hunter Story series is a 1987-vintage single malt that was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in first-fill European oak ex-oloroso sherry casks, before being bottled at 34-years-old. Aromas of dried fruit, soft smoke, tobacco leaves, eucalyptus, heather honey, black pepper and cinder toffee fill the nose, complemented by notes of barbecued pork, sweet honey, peach, orange blossom, iodine, earthy peat and ashy wood smoke throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
Bardstown Bourbon Company's latest in a series of collaborations is a 9-year-old bourbon finished in The Prisoner Wine Company's French Oak red wine barrels for 18 months.
Meet the American West's most innovative and inviting bourbon. A blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, aged a minimum of two years in charred white American oak barrels. Never chill-filtered or carbon-treated and utilizing a variety of high rye content mash bills to convey an earthy complexity (with a bit of spice). The perfect marriage of richness and brightness expressed by notes of honey nougat, sweet cornbread biscuits, and lemon zest with caramel apples and pecan pie lingering on the finish. Whether sipped or stirred, this bourbon is blended to be your tried and true.
Angel's Envy Cask Strength Rye 2023 is a remarkable blend of two rye whiskey batches - cone batch spending three years in sauternes dessert wine barrels. And the second being transferred into new toasted oak barrels after initial maturation. By marrying the two, we found that the spicy toasted oak and sweet wine characters from each rye balanced each other perfectly - resulting in our first cask-strength rye whiskey.
This expression is presented at natural cask strength, as was the custom before the turn of the 20th century. Add a drop or two of water to reveal a cornucopia of flavour - from richly spiced bramble wine to chocolate raisin and lingering Seville orange peel. Such is the reward of their eleventh batch of the GlenDronach Cask Strength, a richly sherried Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured in fine Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry Casks.
