This addition to The Glen Grant Principal Collection is the oldest to date to join its core range. The 21-year-old single malt was matured in a combo of oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrels, selected and married by the distillery's master blender.

The second release of the Booker's Bourbon 2022 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2022-02 “The Lumberyard Batch”. This batch is named in honor of my dad, Booker Noe’s pre-distillery years. While his journey to becoming a distiller wasn't exactly a straight path, it led him to his true passion.
The 2019 Limited Edition Small Batch marks the first Four Roses limited-quantity bottling to feature a 21-year-old Bourbon from the distillery’s OBSV recipe. This release will also feature a 15-year-old OESK, 15-year-old OESV and 11-year-old OESV.

Fine, distinguished. On the first nose, a herbaceous, salty and empyreumatic (sleet) peat clearly dominates. Allowed to breathe, it makes way for fruits (apple, pear, Canary melon), flowers (lily, carnation) and mint, all of which bring lots of momentum to the aroma palette.
This whiskey is named after a fire in 1910 shut down the bottling line for Old Forester. Tastes of chocolate, spice, and cookies with notes of buttercream and apricot. Smooth and spicy finish.
