A smooth, spicy triple distilled Irish single malt from Gelston's matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of savoury spice, chocolate-covered hazelnuts and floral malt fill the nose. The palate offers notes of oak spice, vanilla, cassia, burnt caramel and roast nuts, developing hints of marshmallow and honey that linger in the finish.

The 2024 release of Old Forester Birthday Bourbon was aged for 12 years and bottled at 53.5% ABV. The whiskey was selected by master distiller emeritus Chris Morris and master taster Melissa Rift, with aid from assistant master distiller Caleb Trigo, and comes from a total of 209 barrels.
Made with fresh cinnamon and ground black pepper with subtle citrus and grapefruit zest on the nose. The palate is powerfully spicy with accents of cocoa, cardamom and treated leather. The finish is intense and lingering with notes of vanilla, citrus and baking spice.
