This is the fourth released in the highly acclaimed Bond House No. 1 Collection. Grand Vintage 1991 is a tribute to the few who redoubled their quest for perfection during the early 1990s, when extra-maturation was in its infancy at the distillery.
Clean, brilliant honey amber. Heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa. Faint vanilla and tobacco spice. Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa.

Gold Label is crafted using whiskies such as Clynelish for a honeyed flavor and creamy texture yet still retaining the signature Johnnie Walker smokiness. Cardhu provides strong yet smooth malt and oak flavors.
Octomore 13.1 is as youthful and dynamic as its super-heavily peated predecessors. Distilled patiently from the 2015 harvest of 100% Scottish Mainland barley, this single malt is malted to a stratospheric 137.3 PPM and matured in the highest quality American oak casks. ABV: 59.2%.
Founded in 1837 by farmers George and John Rate, twenty miles from the heart of Edinburgh, Glenkinchie was completely rebuild in the 1890s to become a large model distillery.
Golden amber. A sweet and mellow aroma of butterscotch gives way to subtle hints of almonds, marzipan, and vanilla. Initially dry, giving way to a mellow soft sweetness with a lingering creamy mouth feel. Full-bodied, with a long, lingering and slightly dry finish.

Made from the traditional Evan Williams Bourbon recipe. Buttery to the nose with hints of oak, vanilla and sweet corn. Rich and smooth, with a semi sweet entry of honey and oak, leading to an off dry finish.

The second release of the Booker's Bourbon 2022 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2022-02 “The Lumberyard Batch”. This batch is named in honor of my dad, Booker Noe’s pre-distillery years. While his journey to becoming a distiller wasn't exactly a straight path, it led him to his true passion.
