The nose begins with boughs intense fruits – plums and dark red orchard apples.

The 2022 release of 25-year-old single malt from Glen Scotia, which was matured in American oak barrels and married in first-fill bourbon basks before bottling. Angel's Envy Cask Strength Rye 2023 is a remarkable blend of two rye whiskey batches - cone batch spending three years in sauternes dessert wine barrels. And the second being transferred into new toasted oak barrels after initial maturation. By marrying the two, we found that the spicy toasted oak and sweet wine characters from each rye balanced each other perfectly - resulting in our first cask-strength rye whiskey.
