The first release of Big Moustache produced 580 cases from 14 hand selected barrels. The mash build is 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. A long fermentation of 3 days makes our whiskey unique. The freshly distilled, unaged whiskey is filtered over sugar maple charcoal before going into new American oak barrels.
The latest cask-finished Scotch release from Dewar’s is Dewar’s Japanese Smooth. This new expression finishes Dewar’s 8-year-old, double-aged whisky blend in Japanese Mizunara oak.
Fireball Cinnamon Whisky was the original flavored whisky on the market. It is smooth whisky with a fiery kick of red hot cinnamon. Try it on the rocks or in your favorite whisky cocktail. Fireball was first introduced in Canada in the mid ‘80s when a Canadian distiller developed the product. Fireball took an important turn when the Sazerac Company purchased the trademark rights in the United States and subsequently the world-wide rights.
The ingredients and whiskey-making process of Jack Daniel's 12-year-old Tennessee Whiskey is the same as Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey - 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. Unaged whiskey is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before entering into the barrel.

The Extinct Blends Quartet as it unfolds will reimagine four of our favorite blended Scotches from yesteryear, using some of our rarest and most idiosyncratic stocks of whisky.
