The ingredients and whiskey-making process of Jack Daniel's 12-year-old Tennessee Whiskey is the same as Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey - 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. Unaged whiskey is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before entering into the barrel.
41.15% - Blended and aged in barrels with a very light char, allowing a myriad of secondary flavors to express themselves. Nose of peach and vanilla. Smooth and sweet palate with hints of berry and citrus. Warm delicate finish.
