This limited run of 1500 total bottles consists of Kentucky straight bourbon finished in handmade Japanese Mizunara Oak barrels that previously held premium shochu. The legendary Ariake cooperage crafted the barrels near Kyoto, Japan. Bourbon is from Bardstown Bourbon Company, one of the most technologically advanced US distilleries.

Batch 11 of Kentucky Owl Straight Bourbon is made with casks from a number of distilleries.
