The Sambuca is a clear color with aromas of anise seed, grilled fennel and light cream. It has a soft, silky, and moderately sweet medium-to-full body. The finish provides a lingering tongue numbing sensation.

This is a limited production of highly allocated Tequila Clase Azul Joven. It has a nose of hazelnut, caramel, wood, walnut, vanilla and dried raisins. The taste is a balance of oak, ginger, green olives, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and fig with a citrus end note.
Grand Mayan Ultra Aged Tequila is aged for more than 3 years and is so rich that it becomes difficult to distinguish it from other quality aged spirits. To the nose, sweet aroma of nuts. Succulent on the palate and leads to a layered and delicious long finish.
NOSE: Heady virgin oak, bursting with lemon zest and sweet barley sugar, with delicious notes of apple and nutmeg. PALATE: A delightful sweetness, evoking memories of candied fruits and vanilla toffee, balanced with heather honey. FINISH: A satisfying light spice, with a rewarding burst of honeyed malt and sweet oakiness.
