Is in the classic style of the Southern Rhone Valley in France, the source of the famous Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre blend. Each of the components brings its qualities to the wine which balances power with elegance. The wine is aged for a period of 15 months in French oak barrels and has deep forest fruit aromas and a subtle freshness.
Slightly sweet and aromatic, full of tropical fruit aromas, with Muscat flavors folded into delicate, pleasant floral notes. The Muscat of Alexandria grapes arrived to the winery in the morning after being mechanically harvested.
The Netofa Tel Qasser Red is a Rhone blend aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Deep purple in color, fresh blackberries and raspberries on the nose followed by dried violets, lavender as well as hints of grilled meat and black pepper.
Each of the select vineyards has contributed its dramatic character that led to the creation of a complete, deep, and harmonic wine. Following 18 months maturation in oak barrels, the final blend is dark and concentrated with raspberry, blueberry, and plum fragrance, as well as roasted oak, coffee, and soil.
Thanks to night harvesting, the cuvee benefits from several hours of low temperature skin-contact maceration. The different grape varietals are vinified separately with temperature controlled at 60 degrees F following cold settling.
