This blend of famed Rhone varietal grapes, Syrah and Mourvedre, is grown in Netofa's vineyards in the lower Galilee, near the famous Kerem ben Zimra. This area is well known for having one of the best climates in israel for grape growing. Marom Shamai 2018 is a dry red wine, made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a powerful Bordeaux-Red color, an aroma of very ripe, shriveled black fruit, cherry, blueberry, plum and raspberry, with a background of long aging in fine oak barrels, a concentrated, oily, complex taste and a smooth, long, impressive finish.
