Winemaker Jeff Morgan crafts this in the same style as his top Cabernet, resulting in a highly vivacious character with ripe, round, black cherry, blackberry and herb flavors couched in firm acidity and soft, supple tannins.
This sparkling wine is bright straw in color with fresh, light green reflections. On the nose, ripe meyer lemon, pears, stone fruit, as well as hints of freshly baked sourdough bread. Light to medium- bodied, off dry, with an almost creamy texture.

This dessert wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz grapes. Selective hand harvesting brought only the finest clusters to the winery, where they underwent a three-day controlled cooling.
Marom Shamai 2021 is a dry red wine, made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a powerful Bordeaux-Red color, an aroma of very ripe, shriveled black fruit, cherry, blueberry, plum and raspberry, with a background of long aging in fine oak barrels, a concentrated, oily, complex taste and a smooth, long, impressive finish.
