Appellation origin controlled dry white wine, Tsinandali micro-zone. Traditional Georgian wine made from Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane grape varieties cultivated in the strictly regulated micro-zone of Tsinandali, Telavi district, Kakheti, Eastern Georgia. On the palate it is crisp and fresh with hints of banana and tropical salads. Its subtly creamy and complex taste is from partial ageing in french oak. A balanced yet lively Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of ripe black currents and lush blackberries, accentuated with herbal aromatics of sage, mint, and sweet tobacco. Sourced from Sorenson and Haymaker vineyards on the west and east-facing sides of Howell Mountain, this wine has a long velvety finish.
On the palate, the Napa Valley Cabernet presents bright concentrated flavors of plum, dried cherry, blackberry fruit leather and black tea, supported by rich silky tannins and integrated acidity. The finish lingers with evolving notes of cedar, cacao, nutmeg, and licorice.
