Semi-Sweet Sauvignon Blanc!! In the nose, citric notes and little Muscat notes. The palate is very fresh, sweet and with good acidity. Very good as an aperitif, accompanies very well with salads and seafood.
A gorgeous vintage. A liquorice bomb, nevertheless. Some rose and candied characteristics. Unsurprisingly grippy tannins. Good with oily tomato pesto and ravioli. After giving it some time to breath there's bold cassis and prunes to complement the slightly more toned-down liquorice.

Hand harvested, 90% whole cluster, natural yeast fermentation in amphorae and small fermentation bins. 6 months in neutral 500L French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
