The pomegranate fruit is harvested when fully ripe, producing a deeply flavored, soft, and harmonious wine. Excellent wine, very sweet, with a long and dry finish.
The Psagot Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700 meters. The wine is a nice looking, very salmon colored, almost fading to a touch of brick color. The aromas are very calm with some hints of grapefruit, lemon zest.
Natural flavors of watermelon that are created using a distillation process of Italian fruits grown in southern Italy. The semi-dry character is a perfect compliment to Brunch and light appetizers.
