For over 130 years, Bolla has been recognized for its trusted taste and quality. Made with handpicked grapes from selected hillside vineyards in Italy's Northeast region, Bolla Pinot Noir is well balanced and fruit forward, with a light ruby-red color and jammy black-cherry and raspberry flavors.

This wine is made exclusively from the famed Bockstein vineyard which is a VDP Grosse Lage®. VDP. Grosse Lage® is the designation for the very best German vineyards (equivalent of the Burgundian “Grand Cru”). The sites are precisely demarcated vineyard parcels. Oak aging has enhanced the primary fruit profile with engaging aromas reminiscent of cloves, toast, and dark-roast coffee. This wine is designed with a sense of depth, framed by soft, silky tannins and balanced acidity for which Souverain has long been known.
