The Chavy Martin Bourgogne Chardonnay 2021 is a refined white wine from Burgundy, France, showcasing the elegance of Chardonnay. With its crisp acidity and notes of citrus, apple, and subtle oak, it delivers a perfectly balanced flavor profile.
Bright, yellow-green color. Elegant floral aromas with lemon, citrus and rose petals, typical of the Moschofilero variety. Rich and fruity on the palate, with a long aromatic aftertaste. Serve with seafood, shellfish and fish in lemon sauces, as well as with Asian specialties.
The blend is mainly Merlot, with smaller amounts of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is as succulent and delicious as anything out there, soft and sensual, with intricate black cherry, cola, violet, cocoa and cedar flavors. You can call it Right Bank in that respect.
