Pale pink in color, fine fruity and slightly spicy in scent with nuances of small red fruit. The taste is round, full and fresh and ends aromatic with a mild and persistent finish.
Lots of rose blossom and peach skin in terms of aromas with pretty and subtle fruit on the nose. Full body, plenty of fruit and a lively finish. It's focused and vibrant.
Whispering Angel is a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Morvedre grapes. The Psagot Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700 meters. The wine is a nice looking, very salmon colored, almost fading to a touch of brick color. The aromas are very calm with some hints of grapefruit, lemon zest.
Scintillating, rather pale tea-rose pink. The nose opens on aromas of red fruit such as redcurrant and wild strawberry, followed with airing by raspberry and a hint of pink grapefruit. A fruit-forward attack on redcurrant and raspberry leads into a nicely balanced mid-palate lifted by fresh citrus flavors, especially grapefruit, while the finish reveals more floral notes reminiscent of lily-of-the-valley and violet.

This is a bespoke rosé in that the Pinot Noir grapes were grown specifically with the intention of making a rosé wine. Pale pink with a copper hue, this wine has a classic "eye of the partridge" color. Citrus-driven aromas carry through to the palate. On entry, bright acidity and flavors of pink grapefruit and lemon zest enliven the orange creamsicle notes, while hints of dried apricot and sweet spice add complexity. The brightness verges on minerality, but there is so much weight that the richness balances out the firm acidity and carries the flavors of dried fruit through the long-lasting finish.
