Hand-harvested and sorted at the winery after harvest. Fermentation with native yeasts, Fermentation lasts 18 - 25 days for all wines. Aged in stainless steel tank for 18 months. Aged in bottle for 3 months before release. Age of vines: 60 years.
There are pacts that can not be denied! "Angels pact" is an exceptional wine. It has a dress of deepintense red, rich concentrated aromas of black fruits with hints of violet and cocoa in the nose. Silky taste showing depth and elegance with notes of blackberry and blueberry.
Climat is an exceptional grape selection unique to each vintage, to discover to secrets of our terroirs and keep a memory of its unique characteristics. Grand Cru “rich and structured” with a dark and glistening robe. Concentrated nose with fragrances of dark fruits, spices, undergrowth and distinguished oak notes. Mouth filling, with persistent tannins melted into the fruits. Harmonious finale, aromatic and intense.
Ruby colour. Aromas of red fruits, prunes, cinnamon and blackcurrant leaf. Well-balanced wine with harmonious acidity and soft texture. Excellent accompaniment to roast chicken and grilled red meat dishes. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Qvevri Saperavi is a deep red color wine with dark purple hints, made in traditional ancient way. Nose is intense, offering aromas of fresh ripe red fruits and minty flavours. Mouth is soft and juicy finishing on sweet spices and young tannins.
Deep ruby red colored wine. The bouquet features dark fruits such as plums and blackberries, hints of freshly- ground roast coffee, notes of cloves and brushwood. Delicious on the palate, with a balance of thick and elegant tannins and a long finish.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced from the Golan Heights and Upeer Galilee. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak. Complex with layers of rich black fruit. Balanced, full bodied with a long finish.
Ephod Gesher Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah blends the best of both varietals. The aroma features notes of blackcurrant, ripe plums, and a touch of cedar. On the palate, this wine balances the structural backbone of Cabernet Sauvignon with the lush fruitiness and depth of Syrah.

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is pungent with grapefruit, latana and blackcurrant. The entry is sweet-fruited and juice with tropical fruits and blackcurrant. The balance is fresh and lingering.
Omega Blend, formerly Delta winery, is a wine with a prominent presence, rich in aromas of ripe berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is very tight and long. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
